Situated on Sukhumvit road about 2 km from the city centre, Airze Hotel Sriracha offers accommodation with access to a large U-shaped outdoor pool and a landscape garden in the courtyard surrounding the lobby. Free shuttles to the city centre are available daily.

Wonderful

Good breakfast and comfy bed. I love the sea view that we see through our window at night. The staffs are all nice and have the hospitality. It is located in the area that close to many tourist sites.

Great location, sufficient parking lots, clean place and modern anemities.

Some of staff are not friendly, some furnitures are broken. I requested twin beds for 2 rooms but got only for 1 room.

New, clean, loved the small kitchenette with washer/dryer. Staff was wonderful; they were friendly and helpful. If they weren’t fluent in English they found another staff member that was.

Nothing to do outside the facility but we knew that when we reserved our room.

Swimming pool and spa This is my third time for staying at the hotel. Im really like the location, facilities, breakfast.the last time, I haven’t book the hotel for that night and I walked in to the hotel and asked the staff about available room. The last time was disappointed with the staff on duty in night shift. She didn’t advise me anything and she didn’t gave me passwords and Wifi. We asked for a blanket and pillow for children but we have to wait for a long time. The room haven’t got slippers, bathrobe and towels enough. Yours sincerely,

breakfast was fairly good, with some variety...

the offer of tv channels is not international. Half of the elevators were out of order, making us wait more than 5 min for an elevator

we were in a 5 start hotel (junior suite) and we had no mini bar, no English information in the room. Staff does not speak English very well so difficult to ask questions

Nc location for business trip around but nothing else

Good location for work.

Seems like a budget hotel for tour groups. Asking for turning air con in the gym many times waited for an hour nothing happened. Some service was there but don't expect for hospitality. The staff hasn't been trained.

Great rooms for value. Service was great. Beautiful hotel. It exceeded my expectations in regards to class.

It was advertised with a spa. But the spa was not ready due to renovations

Everything was good with hotel.

I just don’t like the lady at reception lunch time. My keycard not working twice. First time happened the lady at the reception very good (night time). For the second time. My keycard not working again. Then I told the lady. She looked at me. She don’t say anything. She took the card and brought the new card and told her friend, please take care reception and she walked to the elevator with out say anything to me. She should know how to talk Thai. Especially am from Thai. Anyway the rest is good. I went they twice already. I will go back again. Thank you

I won't stay here anymore.

The pool

- check in take to long. I had to stand in the line almost 30 minuetes. - They upgraded my room from junior suite to 1 bedroom apartment but all the facilities in the apartment are unuseful. My room only have soap, shampoo and towels. No slippers, no clothes hanger. - we called the bell boy to help me carry bags for checking out. 30 minuetes still didn't come. Finally, we carried by ourself until lobby and met 2 bellboys there.

Worst services and management i ever had

Worst services and management i ever had 1. I check in at 3 pm. Staff let me wait for cleaning room 30 min. And they said when room are clean they will let me know. But no one let me know. I go ask staff and .... they forgot me. 2. When i got the key. I go my room but key card is not working!!!!. I call them they said i need go down and change room. Anddddd i back to the same room, they use master keycard and let me in and said wait them change keycard. I wait for 2 hr. They disappear till i call remind them. 3.evening i rest at room. Staff call me 3 times and they want to call to another room. 3 times from 3 staffs!!!! 4. at night staff knock the door then said they knock wrong room, wrong floor!!!! 5. My room not have bin and dryer. 5. The next day i go eat breakfast. When i back room. Key card not work again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This hotel so bad. New hotel but it seem they dont know how to do the manage services. Never ever go this hotel again. Not recommend for anyone

Wanted 3 normal rooms on the same floor.

Wanted 3 normal rooms on the same floor. But was "forced to upgrade" to 3 corner rooms on 3 different floors by front desk staff. We tried to reject this involuntary upgrade and we strongly requested rooms that are on same floor but was told that none was available. The corner room on 30th flr had a waste pipe running along behind the room wall, which shook the walls when waste water goes through it. Also the room had a strong waste water smell. Rooms on 26 and 27 flr didnt have wall shaking from the pipe but you could still smell the sewage waste water. We requested to move out of 30th flr room because the shaking was too frequent and the shaking made it too disturbing to fall asleep, but instead of getting another room promptly, we had to argue with the front desk staff and assistant manager for over 30mins before they relented with rudeness. To make matters much worse, they also falsely claimed that this is the guest fault as the guest wanted an upgrade. This is false and really bad service. Blaming the guest for the faulty room and blaming guest for selecting this room and claiming guest wanted an upgrade is not only false but also really terrible customer service and poor attitude.
